This submission proposes the development of a service, which provides a searchable registry for Attesters and Ctypes. It also offers signing up as an Attester and list supported Ctypes. Additionally, users will also be able to create their own Ctypes.

The costs include human resource cost, cost for servers and infrastructure and maintenance costs for the first 6 months.
