The bounty intends to decentralise backend logic. Currently, a set of DID keys are needed to sign, encrypt, or decrypt data. These keys need to be hosted on a server and protected. What we are trying to answer are the following:

Can we offload this task to Phat contracts?

Is it possible to use Phat contracts to verify a DID signature?

Can we create a contract that takes the Credential API's start session?

Can we use the key agreement key to encrypt and decrypt messages between the extension and dApp?

The bounty will be considered closed when the questions have been answered, and it would require code examples to showcase if yes or no.
